New Residential Offer Seriously Flawed
The 2010 Residential Offer has a mandatory use date of March 1, 2010. Unfortunately the form is not ready for licensee use as it is full of serious substantive and formatting errors. As outside groups consider whether to challenge the DRL's approval of the form Rick Staff is working behind the scenes to ensure licensees have a form which can be used without risking the interests of clients and customers. Attached below are a summary of the changes and an Addendum that addresses the flaws in the form.
